For resellers of overstock & return lots · EARLY ACCESS

Know what every lot made you.

Landed — Scan it. List it. Sell it. Know it.

Landed is the all-in-one system for people flipping overstock and return lots. Load the manifest, scan items in with your phone, list them everywhere, sell in person or online — and see exactly what each lot, and each item, earned.

The problem

Lot flipping runs on guesswork.

Most resellers start with a spreadsheet, a camera roll and a cash box. It works, until it doesn't.

Living in spreadsheets

Prices in one sheet, photos on your phone, sales in three different apps. Nothing lines up at the end of the month.

Landed fixes itEvery item lives in one place, with its photos, cost and status. → Scan it

Guessing your profit

You paid one price for 40 items. Without knowing what each one cost you, every sale is a guess, and so is your next buy.

Landed fixes itProfit per item, per lot and overall, worked out for you. → Know it

What you should have vs. what you have

Was it on the manifest? Did it actually arrive? Did it sell, or is it still in the garage? Missing items are money you never see.

Landed fixes itExpected vs. received, item by item, so nothing slips through. → Load manifest

Payments all over the place

Cash in your pocket, Zelle on your phone, cards through yet another app. At the end of the week, none of it ties back to what you sold or what it made.

Landed fixes itOne point of sale captures every payment (cards, cash, Zelle), each tied to its sale. → Sell it

Listing is the bottleneck

Hours of photos, titles and re-posting, and the occasional item sold twice because two apps didn't know about each other.

Landed fixes itList once, everywhere, and nothing sells twice. → List it

Step 01

Load manifest

Import the manifest straight into your inventory.

  • Upload the manifest from any auction or supplier
  • Every item lands in your inventory, ready to receive
  • Add what you paid (bid, freight, fees) and know your break-even
  • No manifest? Skip it and start taking in inventory

Sample screens with illustrative data.

What's in the box.

Phone-first intake.

Scan, photograph and tag every unit from your phone. Each item gets its own code and sticker.

Reports down to the item.

Profit and loss by lot and by unit. Find out which sources, categories and buys actually pay.

Built in the real world

Made running a real resale business.

Landed wasn't designed in a boardroom. It was built day by day running BC Overstock, our own resale business — every feature exists because we needed it to buy smarter, list faster and know our numbers.

Frequently asked.

Who is Landed for?

Anyone buying overstock, shelf-pull or customer-return lots and reselling the contents — especially people in their first year who want a system from day one instead of a spreadsheet.

Where do I buy lots — does that matter?

No. Landed works the same whether you buy from online liquidation auctions, local wholesalers or truckload brokers. Enter the lot, its cost and freight, and scan what's inside.

Do I need special hardware?

No. Your phone does the scanning and photos. A small label printer for stickers and a card reader for in-person sales are optional.

Can I sell online from my own site?

Yes, if you want to. Every account includes a storefront on your own domain, and it's your call how to use it: just list what you have, turn on online checkout, or keep it off the web and sell in person and on marketplaces only. Change it any time, for the whole store or item by item.

Is my data shared with other sellers?

Never. Each customer runs on their own private instance. You can export your data at any time.

What does it cost?

Pricing is being finalized. Early-access customers get founding pricing and a say in what ships next — join the list to be first in line.
