Walk by. Glance. Know.

FlyWatch is a 7-inch touchscreen that lives where you live — hangar wall, kitchen counter, office desk. It pulls live weather for the airports you fly out of and tells you, at a glance, whether today is a flying day.

No app to open. No tabs to refresh. No squinting at a coded METAR string. Just a verdict.

We're not quite ready for pre-orders. Hardware is in final testing. Get on the list and we'll email you the second it's bookable.

Get on the list

Why we built it.

The METAR string was never meant for humans. It's coded for machines. Decoders help, apps help, but you're still squinting at numbers and translating them in your head — every time, before every flight. We wanted a thing on a wall that just said yes or no, plus the headline numbers in case you wanted to second-guess it.

It's not a replacement for a pre-flight briefing. It's the thing you check while you're tying your shoes.

How it'll work.

  1. 01

    Mount it. Plug it in.

One USB-C cable. Wall-mount or stand. Hangar, kitchen, office — wherever you'll see it.

  2. 02

    Pick your airports.

From the panel or your phone. Up to 6 favorites. ICAO codes, friendly names.

  3. 03

    Glance. Decide. Go.

Live verdict. Updated every 5 minutes. You'll know the answer before you ask the question.

Frequently asked.

Does this replace a pre-flight briefing?

No. FlyWatch shows you a verdict — VFR/MVFR/IFR/LIFR — based on the latest METAR. For a flight, get the full briefing (winds aloft, NOTAMs, TFRs). FlyWatch helps you decide if it's worth driving to the airport.

Where does the data come from?

aviationweather.gov — official US METAR feed, refreshed every 5 minutes.

Does it need Wi-Fi?

Yes. 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi. Setup is a one-time pairing from the panel itself.

Can I transfer it if I sell my plane?

Yes. The subscription is tied to your account, not the device. Re-link in the portal.

What's in the box?

7" panel, stand, USB-C cable, wall-mount adhesive. No drilling required.

International airports?

US (KXXX) at launch. International on the roadmap — drop your country in the "Get on the list" form and we'll let you know when it's available.
